In yoga and meditation, the ego fades away to make room for oneness with everything. In competitive sport, the sense of self is heightened—personal performance and accountability supersede all else. Despite these differences, focus always leads back to bliss for both of them.

We create “Bliss” for lululemon in partnership with DRKT. We wanted to create a film that drew parallels between meditation and competitive sports and the ultimate search for bliss.
